Première réunion pour les préparation du campement/ First Meeting for the preparation of the camp

Réunion du 15 mai 2007
Depuis Septembre 2006, chaque division travaille indépendamment pour préparer le campement du mois d’Août 2007.
Hier se tenait la première réunion de toute l’équipe qui sera présente en Août 2007.
Après un souper aux hot-dogs, chaque chef de division a émis ses commentaires sur son échéancier. Et tout se déroule à un bon rythme.
Raymond, qui a une grande expérience en zone difficile, nous a parlé de l’importance de se fier sur notre chef Junior et nous a parlé d’attitude en prévision du mois que nous allons passer ensemble.
Guy, notre paramédique, a insisté sur la forme physique de chacun et de discuter avec lui de problèmes de santé si c’est la cas.
Joanie, la p’ite dernière à se joindre au groupe, sera responsable de nourriture et de faire peur aux ours qui pourraient être intéressés par les repas qu’elle va préparer. Elle est très emballée par l’aventure qui l’attend cet été.
Junior a décrit le travail exploratoire qui sera fait sur CF-CPA pour évaluer les dommages et prendre la bonne décision pour sortir l’appareil de son marais. Rémi nous a rassuré sur la préparation des pièces qui serviront à l’installation du campement : les bases de tentes, la toilette , la douche , le réservoir à eau, la cuisine. La préparation va bontrain et tout sera prêt pour le grand départ.
Marcel a insisté sur une chose : Il faudra être vigilants pour que l’amitié qui nous unit au début du projet soit la même à la fin. A suivre
Meeting of May 15th, 2007
Since September, 2006, every division works independently to prepare the camp of August 2007. Yesterday was held the first meeting of all the team which will be present in August, 2007. After a diner with hot dogs, every leader of division presented his comments on his schedule of due dates. And everything went very well.
Raymond, who has the experience in difficult zone, spoke to us about the importance to trust on our leader Junior and spoke to us about attitude in anticipation of the month that the lenght of time we are to be together.
Guy, our paramédique, insisted on the physical shape of each and to discuss with him of problems of health if it is case.
Joanie, our lastest new member to join the group, will be responsible for food and to frighten the bears who could be interested in the meals which it is going to prepare. She is very excited by the adventure that awaits her this summer.
Junior described the preparatory work which will be made on CF-CPA to estimate the damages and make the good decision to bringing out the aircraft out of its swamp.
Rémi reassured us on the preparation of the equipment which will be of use to the installation of the camp: the bases of tents, the toilet, the shower, the water tank, the kitchen. The preparation are going well and everything will be ready for the great departure.
Marcel insisted on one thing: it will be necessary to be careful so that the friendship which unites us at the beginning of the project is the same at the end.
